About the event
Understanding the Power of Sound and Vibration for Healing
We are all made up of energy and vibration. Every cell in our body vibrates, helping us maintain balance and health. When these vibrations fall out of harmony, it can lead to physical or emotional distress. One powerful tool for restoring this balance is sound, particularly through the use of tuning forks.
Tuning forks are designed to emit specific frequencies that help "tune" different parts of our body, much like adjusting an instrument to play in harmony. For example, the 528 Hz frequency is often used for its healing properties, including supporting nervous system balance and promoting overall wellness.
On March 8th, we’ll explore the ancient Solfeggio scale—nine unique frequencies that have been used for centuries to promote healing and harmony. During this event, we’ll demonstrate how these vibrations interact with your body’s seven major chakras, which are energy centers linked to key organ systems.
You’ll also learn how to apply this knowledge for self-care, using sound, meditation, and healing practices to support your health and well-being.
Join us for an enlightening experience to discover the science and healing potential of sound!
