Enter a sacred exploration of the human energy system through the lens of science, consciousness, and sound. In this seven-part experiential education series, we will journey progressively through each chakra, from Root to Crown, awakening a deeper understanding of how the brain, body and biofield communicate through energy, perception, and vibration.

Each session weaves together emerging neuroscience and bioenergetic research with ancient wisdom, culminating in an immersive sound healing session designed to attune and restore the corresponding energy center. Going beyond the traditional classroom, this is an invitation into self-inquiry, embodied awareness, and energetic transformation.

Beginning with the Root Chakra in May and culminating with the Crown Chakra in December, each session offers a unique integrative sound bath experience to support alignment, insight, and inner coherence.

Led by neuroplasticity expert, neuroscientist, and sound healing facilitator Dr. Lindsey Smith, alongside meditation artist, story weaver, and intuitive spoken word artist Amanda Perry, this series creates a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern understanding, inviting you to listen not only with the mind, but with the wisdom of the body, the language of energy, and the guidance of the soul.

Do I need to attend ALL classes in the series, or can I just attend one (or some)?: This is a very flexible integrative sound bath series! You can choose to attend one, some, or all 7 classes. Each class will focus on didactic learning material for an individual chakra (30min) while the experiential sound bath portion (45min) will address clearing and balancing of all 7 chakras.
