Welcome to Synaptic Harbor’s NeuroSynergy and NeuroTraining programs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our programs, use of our website, waitlist, and all related materials. By joining our programs, signing up on the waitlist, or accessing our website and resources, you agree to the following:

1. Programs Overview

NeuroSynergy and NeuroTraining are personalized neuroperformance coaching programs created by Dr. Lindsey Smith, designed to support brain health, habit formation, and nervous system resilience.

These programs are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not substitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new program.

2. Enrollment and Waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist places you in line for a potential spot in either program but does not guarantee enrollment.

  • Enrollment depends on availability, program suitability, and your readiness as assessed during the intake process.

  • Dr. Smith or Synaptic Harbor staff will contact you to discuss your goals and determine fit before confirming enrollment.

  • You may remain on the waitlist for future openings or explore other resources if immediate enrollment is unavailable.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • All program fees and payment plans will be clearly communicated during enrollment.

  • Payment plans are designed for flexibility but must be honored to maintain access to program content and coaching.

  • Refund policies vary by program and will be provided at the time of enrollment. Please review carefully.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial completion or withdrawal after program start unless otherwise specified.

4. Use of Website and Materials

  • Synaptic Harbor’s website, digital content, audio materials, and written resources are for your personal use only.

  • You agree not to share, copy, or distribute program content without explicit permission.

  • We strive to keep our website and materials accurate and up-to-date but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

5. Privacy and Data

  • We collect personal information during enrollment and waitlist sign-up to provide and improve our services.

  • Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should review.

  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent except where required by law.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Our programs support wellness but do not replace professional medical or mental health care.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Synaptic Harbor, Dr. Lindsey Smith, and associated staff are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the programs or use of website materials.

  • You agree to release Synaptic Harbor from any claims relating to your use of the services or resources.
