Synaptic Harbor, developed by Neuroscientists, pioneers Stress-Resiliency Education through Expert Lectures & Workshops (Virtually & In-Person).

Dr. Lindsey Smith founded Synaptic Harbor™ in 2023 after her Breast Cancer surgery, recognizing the link between stress, inflammation, and rising cancer rates. Synaptic Harbor addresses three main barriers in nervous system regulation education and skills:

  • The Pay Gap, where accessing valuable research demands substantial fees.

  • The Learning Gap, where navigating complex fields like neuroscience requires significant expertise.

  • The Time Gap, streamlining the process of finding, accessing, and interpreting the research. 

 

We specialize in adaptable, non-invasive stress-management techniques that offer flexibility without commitment to one method. Our aim is to elevate your stress-resilience knowledge and keep you ahead of the curve.
